To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Tiffany Shepeard Wellness LLC, its owner, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in any program or your use of any educational materials or services provided by Tiffany Shepeard Wellness LLC.

5. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your participation in this program and for any decisions you make regarding your health and well-being.

You agree to:

• Participate only within your own level of ability and comfort.
• Honor your body's limitations.
• Modify, pause, or skip any practice that does not feel appropriate for you.
• Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• Consult your healthcare provider whenever appropriate.

All practices provided by Tiffany Shepeard Wellness LLC are invitations, not requirements.

No guarantees are made regarding any specific results or outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All videos, recordings, worksheets, PDFs, course materials, graphics, written content, logos, and other materials provided by Tiffany Shepeard Wellness LLC are protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, record, upload, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any program materials without the prior written permission of Tiffany Shepeard Wellness LLC.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary digital course materials, all sales are final.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase, regardless of participation, completion, satisfaction, or results achieved.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your program, Tiffany Shepeard Wellness LLC will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and ensure you receive access to the content you purchased.

8. Recording of Group Sessions

Group coaching sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and made available to other participants enrolled in the program.

By participating in group sessions, you consent to these recordings.

Private coaching sessions will only be recorded with your knowledge and consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or participation in programs offered by Tiffany Shepeard Wellness LLC shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Missouri, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
