Most days your chronic illness has you feeling like a dried-up raisin before you even get out of bed, and you still have to pretend you feel okay.

A membership for women living with chronic illness: meditation, breathwork, nervous system tools, and movement that doesn't flare you up.

Yoga practice for chronic illness

Soooo many wellness programs act like you can exercise for an hour a day, work 10 hours, get the groceries, cook homemade meals from scratch, and take care of your kids and your 147-year-old dog and still have time to watch your true crime documentaries before bed.

But the reality is you feel like a literal zombie, and you’re lucky if you can put a frozen pizza in the oven.

Those are the exact moments this membership is built for.

This is the program every woman with a chronic illness needs—filled with meditations, breathwork practices, nervous system regulation tools, and movement practices that leave you feeling restored instead of flared up for days.

Plus a community of women in your corner who get it—no explaining required.

50% off your first month, then just $47 a month.

You are tired AF of all the “quick fixes” in the wellness industry.

THE FRUSTRATION

You’ve spent more money on unregulated sketchy supplements than you care to admit.

And the 3-day green juice cleanses that taste like you’re drinking dirt. And the Hungryroot meal prep kits that promised to heal your gut and your fatigue and lower inflammation and make you feel like you’re 18 years old again in only 6 weeks.

THE REALITY

Here's the thing nobody selling you that stuff will admit out loud: quick fixes DO NOT exist when it comes to chronic illness.

You don't need something that promises to cure you. You need something that helps you do the internal work that will help you cope on the crappy days. Because let’s face it, the crappy days aren’t going away.

But shifting how YOU exist within them can change everything.

The Science

In case you don't want to just take my word for it:

I know you’re tired of people telling you to “just try yoga.” But there’s a reason why I created this membership the way that I did, and it’s not just because I think yoga’s cool.

There’s actual science behind this stuff.

According to the research*, here’s what yoga can do for you:
âś“ Improve quality of life
âś“ Fatigue that's more manageable
âś“ Better emotional well-being
âś“ Improve mobility and physical function
âś“ Greater stress resilience
âś“ Sleep that actually restores you

*This is pulled from systematic reviews and meta-analyses on people living with MS, arthritis, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic conditions.

Yoga isn’t like some fairy godmother waving a magic wand to cure your illness.

But with consistency, it can improve your quality of life. And that is the biggest win you could ask for.

What's Included
The Community

A Place Where You Don't Have To Explain Yourself First

A private space to connect with people who understand

This is NOT a general wellness group. It's a place built specifically for women living with chronic illness, so you're never the only one in the room who gets it.

A place to ask the questions only someone walking in your shoes would understand

Not medical advice—just the real stuff you want to ask another woman with a chronic illness, like what actually helped and what she wishes she'd known.

A meal planning channel

For the days cooking feels like too much and you just want to know what other women in your shoes are actually making. So you can learn how to nourish yourself without losing your mind.

Weekly audio lessons on mindset and living with chronic illness

New ones every week, so there's always something fresh waiting for you. You'll constantly hear from someone who understands, providing you with new tools and mindset shifts to help you keep going.

Private community home

In case you're wondering if you'll ever even use this membership, let me tell you about how easy it is to access. Just download the Kajabi app (that's the name of the platform where this program is hosted) and log in using the same email you used to sign up. Then it's on your phone and just as easy to access as all the social media apps you use every single day.

This won't cure your illness. But it can help you feel more grounded, more capable, and more prepared for the challenges that come with it.

What's Actually Inside The Library

Chair yoga for strength and chair yoga for mobility

For the days you want to feel stronger, and for the days you just need to move your joints and improve your circulation.

Gentle floor practices

For the days you feel up for a little more, but still gentle and supportive. Absolutely no handstands required.

Restorative yoga

This is where you lay on a bolster and don't do much of anything. Because rest is one of the most important things you can do for your body.

Breathwork and meditation

To help calm your nervous system—because if you're constantly bracing for what your body's going to do next, it's a lot harder for your body to actually feel safe enough to heal.

You barely make it through the crap you have to do every single day—but then on top of it, you have to worry about taking care of a body that feels like it's f*cking falling apart.

You show up to the neurologist under those stupid fluorescent lights that are already too much for your nervous system on a good day.

You scheduled all the tests and wondered which one insurance was going to deny this time. Your blood pressure is up before you even sit down on that crinkly paper in the exam room, because just being in that building is stressful, even when you like your doctor.

• • •

Then you're doing the walk tests, the cognitive tests—the ones that make you feel like you have to be perfect when you know that’s impossible.

And you sit across from someone who's already seen 10 or 12 patients that day, and somehow in that 15-minute window you're supposed to make decisions about your actual future.

And that's just the neurologist. Add in the rheumatologist. The endocrinologist. Your primary care doctor. The eye doctor, the cardiologist, whoever else got added to your rotation this year.

Each visit comes with its own set of tests, its own overstimulating waiting room, its own version of you explaining the same sh*tty story from the very beginning.

Nobody tells you how to manage and ground yourself through all of that. You're expected to just get it done and keep going.

That’s where this membership comes in—with tools you can use at a moment’s notice to help you get through those moments of horrible overwhelm without losing your f*cking mind.

Why I Built This

I live with multiple sclerosis. When I got diagnosed, I was just 6 months out from finishing my yoga therapy training. I had already been teaching yoga for a few years, but I'd decided to go deeper, because yoga therapy is more one on one, more in depth, more about the whole person than a general class is.

But when I got the results of my first MRI and saw there were lesions on my brain, I already had the tools. I already knew how to work with grief, with fear about the future, with all of the scary junk that comes with living with a chronic illness.

I wasn't starting from scratch. I was able to cope with that diagnosis so much better than I would have otherwise, and it wasn't because of the yoga poses. It was because of everything underneath them.

That's the thing people miss about yoga. It's not just movement. There are eight limbs, and only one of them is the physical practice. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.

I've had training in yoga for neurological conditions, and there are people out there teaching yoga to people with Parkinson's, to people who are paralyzed and can't move from the neck down. That's how deep this stuff actually goes. Yoga is so much more than the physical postures.

This membership is built from that. Not from a textbook, from the parts of yoga that helped me survive my own diagnosis before I even knew I'd need them. It's the thing I wish everyone got handed the second they get a chronic illness diagnosis.

I'm a C-IAYT certified yoga therapist and a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, and I live with MS. I apply these tools to my own life every single day.

Because just surviving your chronic illness and living your life are not the same thing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need yoga experience?

No. If you've never done a single pose in your life, you're fine. Everything is adaptable, and nobody's asking you to do more than your body has that day. This is where you get to choose your own adventure and do what works for you.

How can I access the program?

Once you sign up, download the Kajabi app to your phone. Log in with the same email you used to create your login information after you checked out. It will be just as easy to access on your phone as the social media apps you use every single day.

What if I'm having a low energy week?

That's exactly what this is built for. There are practices for the good days and practices for the days you can barely get off the couch.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. It's month to month, no contract, cancel whenever you want.

Is the community just for MS?

No. It's built around my experience with MS, but it's open to any woman living with a chronic illness or autoimmune condition.

How often does new content get added?

New practices are added to the library every month, and you'll get 3 to 4 new audio lessons in the community every week.

If you've read this far, something inside of you knows this is for you.
